The BASSnet Suite is an integrated solution to streamline maritime operations for vessels and offshore assets. As part of BASSnet’s end-to-end experience, we provide additional tools that can give you greater capabilities.

Our current roster of add-ons allows you to customise report templates, batch upload material and contract data to the system, and schedule remote notifications/alerts. You can also archive obsolete data while retaining data integrity using our one-of-a-kind Data Archiving Tool. Report Designer & Viewer

Our Report Designer is a flexible and user-friendly tool for customising reporting templates. Create new designs or use tailored templates to suit your reporting needs, from simple to sophisticated. The tool assists in simplifying complex information using pivot tables and charts. Preferred templates can be viewed or printed using the BASSnet Report Viewer, which has a useful filter feature to screen necessary data in reports. You can also export templates in multiple formats for easy sharing.

Material & Contract Management Tool

This tool simplifies the process of updating and tracking material information and supplier contracts in the database. Conveniently upload material and contract data in batches. Also, add and edit multiple uploaded items. You can record materials and contracts in Excel files using templates that are readily available in our system, or derive and save existing data. This tool also allows you to edit retrieved records locally on your computer for upload at a later time.

Scheduler

With BASSnet Scheduler, you can automate email or SMS alerts for data driven insights gathered directly from the BASSnet suite. Gain timely access to useful reporting data and operational alerts, for example on exceeding the vessel budget. Notification alerts can also be sent to email addresses and contact numbers outside the BASSnet system. This product is compatible with all BASSnet modules.

APIs

With the integration of APIs to the system, easily send and receive files to suppliers, forwarders and third-party systems. The BASSnet Gateway facilitates the exchange of information between internal and external systems, ensuring users can efficiently and conveniently transfer data through a gateway instead of using email or paper-based options. Be assured of seamless information exchange with third parties with our software solution that’s fully open to APIs and integrations.

Data Archiving Solution

BASSnet Data Archiving is an intelligent solution that optimises live databases while retaining data integrity. Purge old and unused data to reduce the database size and comply with IT data policies and statutory requirements in a safe manner. By archiving redundant and obsolete information, BASSnet Data Archiving greatly improves the system’s server performance. You also save on storage space in your database server, which could prove very expensive if data growth is left unchecked.
