A Successful BASS Online User Conference 2021!

This year, our annual BASS User Conference was attended virtually by nearly 200 representatives from over 50 companies! It was our pleasure to share the latest company highlights and product roadmap for 2022, including plans for our upcoming BASSnet 3.0 browser-based solution.

BASSnet 3.x will be a revolutionary end-to-end ERP software for maritime stakeholders. It was important to share our development progress with our customer community and gain their input. We also discussed in detail the benefits of our recently modernised BASSnet 2.11 suite with its ‘on-the-go’ mobile apps and integrations; it was a pleasure to see high interest in our Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard for maritime analytics.

Information exchange has always been core to our BASS user conference’s success. This year was no different. Generous user participation made the event active and lively. Workshops were productive with extensive two-way knowledge sharing on changes and features of various BASSnet modules. The valuable feedback from attendees will certainly aid in optimising our solutions to better serve their needs.

BASS aims to be the leading provider of best-in-class ERP solutions that enable ship owners and managers to streamline fleet operations. We continue to invest 40% of our revenue yearly into development while our internal team of experts has grown significantly. However, customer feedback will always be invaluable to us. It is our privilege to access our customer community’s expertise and generous input to drive further growth and value in our product and service offerings.
