The Technical Associate Program runs for 12 months. We're targeting top-performing fresh graduates from reputable universities, with strong academic achievements and a solid foundation in IT. Candidates will experience our R&D-focused development role, with a pathway to permanent employment based on your performance. Alternatively, you will receive formal certification at the end of the program.

Founded in 1997, BASS is a leading global provider of fleet management software for ship owners and ship managers, operators of rigs, FPSOs and offshore units worldwide. BASS has operations in Singapore, Australia, Philippines, Norway, and Hong Kong, Malaysia and has a workforce of more than 200 employees worldwide.

Eligibility

The TAP is open to students from the following backgrounds:

Computer science or computer engineering
Information technology
Information systems
Software Engineer

Application Requirements

To be considered for interviews, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable university
Fresh Graduates
High achievers with CGPA 3.8 and above ONLY
Willing to be part of the program for 12 months
Passionate about software technology
