This exclusive program is designed to enhance your IT skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience, preparing you to meet the dynamic technical demands of various roles in the tech industry. Grow your career through hands-on projects, mentorship from senior leaders, and structured training that builds both technical and personal effectiveness for long-term success in the tech industry.
The Technical Associate Program runs for 12 months. We're targeting top-performing fresh graduates from reputable universities, with strong academic achievements and a solid foundation in IT. Candidates will experience our R&D-focused development role, with a pathway to permanent employment based on your performance. Alternatively, you will receive formal certification at the end of the program.
