Support Lead - Shipping/Maritime Software

We are looking for a qualified Support Lead to join our team. If you have the following, we are looking forward for you to explore this opportunity.

What should you have?

  • Strong passion and interest in Customer support with global customer support experience.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and monitor /drive team’s support performance along with ensuring support SLA and KPIs are met.
  • Self-driven abilities, independent, with critical thinking and capability to drive goals and ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills, including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Excellent communication both spoken and writing skill and able to communicate ideas to those with limited IT and system knowledge.
  • Proactive in identifying improvement/enhancement opportunities and sharing ideas for innovation in business processes.
  • Experience in supporting SaaS solution customer with focus on ERP system, e.g.: Procurement, Financials, Human Resource, Planned Maintenance, etc.

What do you need to qualify? 

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • With at least 7 years’ experience in customer service and support, particularly team lead role or a minimum 10 years experience in a Level 2 application support role.
  • Has experience and knowledge on MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Knowledge in the maritime industry would be an advantage or have been involved in IT Support for maritime industry or maritime system roll out.
