Senior Project Consultant - Financial & Procurement

We are looking for qualified professional Senior Project Consultant to join our team. If you have passion for Project Management, you are most welcome to explore this opportunity.

What should you have? 

  • Have strong domain knowledge in financial and/or procurement processes and functionality
  • End to End hands-on experience in managing financial and/or procurement process
  • Have interest in leading workshops with customers to demonstrate and explain module functionality and best practice processes
  • Ability to analyse detail business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Have strong interest in project planning, system configuration, rollout acceptance, training and go live of customer implementation/upgrade projects
  • Global/International project management exposure
  • Good Work ethics and discipline
  • Self-motivated individual with the capability to drive goals in a remote setting
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively in English, written and verbally
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments including work prioritization, resource coordination and planning
  • Ability to provide detail strategies to improve product functionality and systems that enhances product quality

What do you need to qualify?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/CIMA qualified professional with at least 10 years of Procurement and/or Accounting
  • Senior Purchaser/Senior Accountant/System Project Consultant/Functional Consultant/Business Analyst/Functional Analyst are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 7 – 8 years hands-on functional experiences in managing and implementing Procurement and/or Financial (AP, AR, GL and etc, e.g: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) module is a must
  • Excellent understanding on accounting rule and procedures including the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or working experiences in Multinational Company (MNC)/Big Four Accounting Firms (Big 4) will be added advantage
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in key integration points between Enterprise Resource Planning ERP modules
  • Solid knowledge on compliance with IFRS, MFRS, MPERS, UK GAAP
  • Experienced in stock exchange reporting and financial reporting, treasury include cash management, fixed asset management, stock count activities, forecasting, budgeting, group consolidation experience and taxation
  • Added advantage at least 4 – 6 years’ proven customer management relationship skill in customer service and support field
  • Familiar with Microsoft office applications and office O365, SAP and Hyperion
  • Hands-on experience with database query (MS SQL Server) added advantage
