SaaS Ops Manager

As the demand for cloud-based services continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic IT Manager to oversee and optimize both our customer cloud infrastructure and internal IT system.

What should you have?

An experienced IT and Cloud hosting expertise who can effectively balance the responsibilities of managing our customer’s cloud infrastructure with maintaining our internal IT systems. This dual role requires a leader who can drive innovation and efficiency in both areas, ensuring our clients and employees have the best possible IT experience.

Managing Customer Cloud Hosting Environments:

Must have at least 10 years of experience as IT Team Lead or IT/Cloud Operations Manager who manage cloud hosting service and/or managing data center in the Cloud for any Cloud ERP solution or Software as a Service solution:

  • Has in-depth experience with cloud/data center security management and its best practices.
  • Experience with audits and standards in the industry (ISAE, SOC, OSPAR) are added advantages.
  • Customer management, manage SLA and respond to incident.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Cloud IT compliance and governance.
  • Has experience working with development team on the cloud solution’s deployment and implementation.

Internal IT:

Overseeing, support, maintaining of internal IT systems and infrastructure

What do you need to qualify?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with MCSE, CCNA and ITIL v3 certification, certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT management and cloud infrastructure (cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in managing IT infrastructure (Windows, Servers, Active Directory, Office365, secure remote access, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and manage relationship at all levels of the organization and when facing external customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
