Product Management/Functional Operations

We are looking for qualified Product Consultant specialized in Procurement and Inventory Management to join our team. If you have passion for Product Development and would like to further expand your experience in Product Strategy & Development, you are most welcome to explore this opportunity.

What should you have?

  • Have domain knowledge in procurement process and functionality
  • Experience in designing user interfaces with the XD tool
  • Have interest to innovate software features via user interfaces and processes
  • Hands on experience in product-related areas in an ERP system
  • Have interest in leading workshops with customers to demonstrate and explain module functionality and best practice processes.
  • Ability to analyze detail business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Good Work ethics and discipline
  • Self-motivated individual with the capability to drive goals in a remote setting
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively in English, written and verbally
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments including work prioritization, resource coordination and planning
  • Ability to provide detail strategies to improve product functionality and systems that enhances product quality

 

What do you need to qualify?

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Product Consultant/Functional Consultant/Business Analyst/Functional Analyst are encouraged to apply.
  • In-depth end to end knowledge in procurement process/systems
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in implementing ERP software, primarily in Procurement & Logistics software is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments including work prioritization, resource coordination and planning.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, written and verbally
  • Practical and / or Technical knowledge of maritime software is an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and manage relationship at all levels of the organization and the customers
  • Hands on knowledge with database knowledge (MS Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle) are user interface designing added advantages.
